Chris began his career at PwC before transferring to XPS in 2010 as part of their acquisition of PwC’s trustee business. He has been a scheme actuary since 2007 and now runs a portfolio of trustee and corporate clients. He also has a business development role, particularly around developing solutions to help support members as they approach retirement. He is a strong advocate of improving options for members at retirement and particularly in ensuring this is supported by high quality communications and advice where appropriate.
Chris is an engineer by background and most enjoys bringing trustees, companies and advisers together to create solutions that benefit pension scheme members. He believes in straightforward, practical advice and building client relationships.
Outside work Chris like walking his dogs, golf and cricket. Watching Ben Stokes’ at Headingley this year being a particular highlight. He is marrying his long-term partner (also an actuary!) next summer.
